Design Packages

There are two levels of design finishes to choose from:

» Urban: New kitchens with breakfast bars, maple cabinets, new appliances, including microwave, and wood floors. Bathrooms have nickel fixtures, new vanities and ceramic tile flooring. Plus, soothing mint walls and new carpet.

» Classic: Kitchens with oak cabinets and trim, with newer appliances, crisp white walls, tile floors, berber carpet and pass-through kitchens.

The community offers a computer lab, 24-hour fitness center, a common lounge with a large-screen television,
and a common patio
The laundry room uses Laundry View: an online monitoring system that allows you to check machine availability,
monitor your laundry's progress and receive an email or text message when your laundry is done
Gated surface lot parking or underground parking is generally available for lease

» SBA Red Card: Our exclusive agreement with the Red Card Meal Plan means that you can use your Preferred Resident Card as a pre-paid debit card for groceries, carry out, delivery or dine-in at over 40 campus-area locations, including Fresh Madison Market. You can add value online or at our offices.
